Laptop in the repair shop

Lately, my laptop has been functioning irregualry on all the programs i try to execute. So, i decided to turn in my laptop and have it checked for technical erros and such. The point is right now, i'm using the families computer for the mean time and wont' be in holic until i get my laptop back ( they won't let me download holic >.>).
